Summer is fast approaching & our 8 Week Challenge is an effective way to have you looking & feeling fit & healthy! Most people lose more than 8 kilos and the whole thing is designed to make it achievable.

We don’t include technical recipes with obscure ingredients and everything can be sourced at your local supermarket. The eating plan can be easily adapted to accomodate your whole family as well!

PT sessions are one on one and allow for us to work at your pace. We are non militaristic and we keep our workouts fun & motivating whilst achieving amazing results.

Not only is the 8 Week Challenge an awesome way to reach your weight loss goals, we now have a purpose built gym in Cambridge so we are conveniently located as well!
