It’s a highly tailored program that helps you achieve the goal of losing at least eight kilograms in eight weeks. We not only track your weight loss in kilograms, but also in how many centimetres you lose over your whole body. As you’ll see from the pictures above and everyone on our results page, that’s a lot of centimetres lost at Body Wise!
When you sign up to the Challenge, you receive tailored exercise and personal training programs, a nutrition and meal plan and daily motivation to keep going. We now also have a dietitian working with us, so you can also organise one on one consultations to ensure your personalised diet is the best possible for your weight loss and health.
Too busy to prepare healthy nutritious meals?
We have got you covered. Our partnership with Meal Machines, a local food and nutrition business allows you to have perfectly balanced supplements & shakes, and fresh healthy pre-packaged meals delivered directly to your door. Meals are prepared and given to you fresh, they have a seven day expiry date in the fridge but will last for two months in the freezer.
There are no pills, potions or tricks, however it does take commitment from you and we will set you on a path that ensures you can continue make healthier choices for life. We also support you every step of the way.

How it works
We begin with a health screening to make sure any existing or underlying problems are identified. Your weight and measurements are recorded, your general fitness is assessed and a personalised program is developed aimed at helping you reach your goals.
You will commit to working out with one of our amazing personal trainers twice a week and to doing some extra exercises at home just to keep the momentum going.
Our results-oriented meal plans help you to get through the eight weeks by getting you eating the right foods from day one.
Each week your progress will be recorded and the program will be adjusted as required.
