The 8 week Challenge is our signature program designed to help you lose 8 kilos in 8 weeks.  Developed by Leita Robottom, the 8 Week Challenge uses a combination of sensible diet and exercise,  which gives you the tools to maintain your weight for a fit and healthier lifestyle.

Gym membership

Our great range of classes is designed to suit all ranges of fitness, age and gender and our timetable is planned around your day, so you’ll be able to come and join one of our classes before or after work, after dropping the kids at school or during the day.

4 week online challenge

In these times of uncertainty we have to adapt, so to make sure you still have access to help with controlling your weight and maintaining your health, we have designed a 4 week online program to complete in the comfort of your own home.
